Due to the need of well development, the name of our company---Shanghai Global Navigation Satellite System Co., Ltd will be changed to Global Satellite Navigation Technology Co., Ltd and the short form is
G.S.N.T from 17th Feb 2011. All the business and debt of Shanghai Global Navigation Satellite System Co., Ltd will be taken by Global Satellite
Navigation Technology Co., Ltd. All the contracts signed by Shanghai Global Navigation Satellite System Co., Ltd are still valid.
From now on, the new company name will be used in documents, material, invoice, account, duty paragraph, etc.
